Important update to Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy Acknowledgement: Missed Appointments: we understand that there are times when you must miss your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from receiving much needed treatment. This practice requires 24-hours advanced notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $75 no-show fee.
